The account holder's ID or passport; the power bill (RECO) of the house, or a photo of the meter; one month paid in advance; a local cell phone number and an email; one personal reference; and the exact address with three landmarks. If you rent and the bill is in someone else's name, the lease.

On the 1st of every month. After the 15th a 10% late fee is added. Online payments can take 3 to 5 days to show.
By card at pagorapido.maxcom.hn (with your client code or ID number), at any office, through GINIH, BAC Compra-Click, automatic debit or bank transfer. If you transfer, email the receipt to billing@maxcom.hn with the subject "Code Full name - Confirmación Transferencia". Only company cheques are accepted.
A Mesh takes the Wi-Fi to the whole house: large homes, several floors or thick walls. Some plans come with one cube: Nova or an advisor confirms which one and checks your home before installing it. Each extra unit is US$ 75. A Mesh does not fix a fault: if the internet is slow all over the house, the connection is checked first.
MAXCOM's TV app for your phone, tablet, computer or smart TV: up to 3 devices, 1,440 minutes of cloud recording and the local channels Roatán Hable Claro and TVC Deportes. It needs MAXCOM internet; your email is your user name.
Write to Nova or on WhatsApp: it goes through the basic checks with you and, if needed, opens a report and gives you a tracking code. With that code you can ask for the status any time.
